Today was the last day of impeccable weather in Paris, a welcome reprieve from the aforementioned grayness. I spent the whole morning outside running through the western part of the city, and when I got home I napped with the window open. Home smells like the freesia and hyacinths and lilies from the markets this weekend. It has been so nice to have that little taste of the springtime: sunshine, no coats, fresh air, new beginnings.
